William has over 36 years business experience - including 15 years as a principle - in headhunting and executive search for senior executives at all levels for large corporates.
He has worked in the IT and Telecoms industry for 41 years - both in enterprise sales and technical project management. William specialises in headhunting and executive search for senior management and technical management in IT and Telecoms as well as general industry executives - but he also headhunts senior business development, sales, sales management (building sales teams), marketing, software development and large project technical support managers.
William has an in-depth understanding of the issues and problems challenging management today and a wide knowledge of IT and Telecoms developments. He has many years experience in selecting high value sales performers and technical support specialists and he also has good knowledge of many industry sectors, team structures and job positions.

Richard has over 25 years business experience - and 8 years experience as a principle - recruiting senior executives at all levels for large corporates. His background in financial management enables him to fully understand our client requirements and to search and select experienced managers that add value to assist our clients in achieving their business objectives.
Richard specializes in headhunting and executive search for finance and marketing executives. His wide range of recruitment and business experience enhances our capability to succeed in providing key staff for our clients - whatever their recruitment challenges.

Jon has been involved in the IT industry for over 30 years, first in development and technical/project management, and then for the majority of that time in Sales and Marketing consultancy and training. Jon has 5 years experience in the recruitment of IT sales, support and marketing professionals.
Jon concentrates on the headhunting and recruitment of Sales and Marketing within the IT sector and also advises on and delivers soft-skills training. His background and experience of IT Sales operations, from bluechip to start-up, enables him to quickly focus on how best to meet the varying requirements over the whole sector.
